Christmas Wish is committed to sharing the Spirit of Christmas 365 days a year

Who We Are

Christmas Wish CT is a local program that was founded by Mike Stacy from the Lite 100.5 WRCH morning show “Allan, Mike & Mary.”  It began in 2004 and has touched many lives granting wishes for food,  gifts,  warm clothing,  and more.  Mike runs Christmas Wish CT with Bruce Scotti,  Robert Bligh and many volunteers.  There is not a single paid employee.  This is a pay it forward program.  People helping People.  Every single dollar donated goes directly to local children and families.  Help Christmas Wish CT share the Christmas Spirit 365 days a year with a donation NOW!

How We Help

Through generous donations from sponsors and individuals alike, we help families in the local community who need a little boost throughout the year.

Our flagship event is our Annual Christmas Party.  At this event, we bring families from across the state to Nomad’s Adventure Quest in South Windsor (with no cost to them) and treat them to the holiday celebration they’ve been wishing for.  Children and families will rock climb, play laser tag, miniature golf, bowl, and enjoy bounce houses and other indoor amusements.  Funds collected throughout the year get used to purchase toys for the children to open on Christmas morning, and give their families a chance to truly enjoy the holiday season.

“I hope this letter finds you in good health and happiness. I just wanted to say a big thank you for helping me and my family enjoy this past holiday season. I was literally day after day sitting in laughter and smiles. Our nights were spent chatting away. Thank you for creating this memory for us and helping us start this new year on a position note. I have learned it is not easy to go through hardship. But it has make me a stronger person. More so to know there are great people in this world. I can best describe our family getaway as a floodgate of blessings. Thanks again and Glod Bless you all!!! P.S. Please keep us in mind to help out this holiday season :)”

“I’m writing to thank you and your Christmas Wish program for your very generous gift to our community. The guys from PC Richards and Sons installed the TV on Monday and it looks fantastic! We anticipate many of our 150 residents will take advantage of it to Skype family members, play Wii Bowling, and watch movies together. All of our residents are of limited means and could not afford such a TV on their own. Your generous gift will benefit many elderly residents and their families for years to come. Thank you again for your generosity.

“I wish to thank you and the generous people who contributed to making my holiday so much better than it would have been. The presents and the food were so appreciated. My son had his four hour heart surgery on January 6th. He is improving daily. The staff of CCMC were amazing. So it is a heartfelt appreciation I have for you and all the people who contributed to making his Christmas a good one. We are counting our blessing every day. God Bless you.”

“Bruce and Mike, thank you so much, from Emma, and my whole family for the opportunities we had at Lake Compounce. It was an amazing end to a crazy week for Emma. You made her feel so special, and she loved being able to light the tree. This has been such an incredibly tough year for Emma and our family. The amazing people involved in trying to make kids like Emma feel special when their worlds have been completely disrupted is awe inspiring. There are many happy children because of you. You are all examples of humanity at its finest. Thank you for all you do.”
